App is useless

I have contacted the company about the fact that 1. Surveys never appear 2. Blank screen does appear. 3. Points I have earned from surveys received and completed on my laptop do no appear in the app. 4. When I try to explain this to the company I get a pat reply that does not address the issue and insults my intelligence.
