MySurvey App Reviews

It isnt a legitimate app. Once I logged on my PC I couldnt use it. I downloaded the Mobil app and it said it didnt have internet connection. Once I finally made it to the home page it says, no activity available, pull down to refresh. There are absolutely no surveys to take.... just an unfinished app. So not worth the download. Oh well!

I was really hoping the reviews were not true and sorry I didnt actually look at the reviews until after it was not working for me. It doesnt allow me to even log in and as someone else mentioned it says no connection which was not true. If I could give ZERO stars I would because they seem to have cared ZERO percent to get this app working. Some of the reviews are old. That sucked. Even the online site was not updating/counting the surveys completed. Get this together or remove the app as well as the website.

Read reviews and it still does same thing. Says no connection however it did sign me in but does not show any surveys.

This app doesnt work. Ive had it for awhile and when ever it would notify me I had a survey there were none. Theres finally one listed for the first time yet it wont open. Ppl like apps so I think you need to seriously work on this app.

I cant even log into the app. All of my credentials are correct, but an error message shows up every time.

I dont have the app, but I do not recommend anyone to sign up for mysurvey. You will get no joke 15 emails a day and the only way to make them stop is to delete your account entirely. And even after deleting your account you will still be spammed for another two weeks. It is so annoying and the surveys dont seem to deliver on the promised benefits. Until mysurvey makes a way to be a member without getting spammed, I do not recommend it.

They want you to take 30 minutes to take a survey that earns you 50 "points" to enter a sweepstakes where maybe your 30 minutes was worth it. Oh and you need thousands of points to enter the surveys. Its a joke and a scam. Dont waste your time.

It only has UK and US in the login list. I have a valid Id and its registered in Canada. I can login to the mysurvey website with my id and password but it says invalid id/password in the app. I hope that this can be fixed.

This needs to be fixed ASAP I live in Canada n I have n account n can go to the online websit n get in but this app wont let u in :(

This app is really great. The logging in process was easy. However, there are some accessibility issues with this app for the blind. The main issue that I have found is, the start button is dimmed for all of the surveys when using voiceover, the built-in screen reader for the IPhone. If this could be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated. :)

The app comes up saying loading cancelled. Can not start any surveys.

Never have any surveys in the app. I get plenty of them on the web site but this app never has any. Its a waste of a download.

After an update of the app I tried to login, still get a message that my password is incorrect. I am sure it is correct though as it works on a computer.Please fix your app, its been more than a year since I first had this problem. I hope someone reads the reviews and updates the app....

This app has never worked on my iPad even though the description indicates it will. On a very different app I had a similar problem and the developer fixed it, saying the trouble was with the OS 8 operating system. Maybe the same here. The problem for me is the app never loads in full screen--just half screen. Why cant this be fixed?

Its Pretty Good App .

Used to have and got rid of my whole account bc of difficulties. Just tried it again and I keep getting an error that my login information is not correct, but it is. Please fix.
