It says i have a survey to complete. When i click the survey it does not load. Very frustrating.

This app lets me sign in and thats about it. Online tells me i have stuff but this app wont show any surveys at all. How am i supposed to use it?

Very cool idea, but survey do not show up on the mobile app.

There is still no reason to get this app. It was recently updated, but the only change is the home screen says exercise & points, but when you tap on it, it takes you to a blank screen. I do really like the person from my survey requesting bad reviews be removed because they fixed the issue. Um, no ya didnt...

This app is pointless, theres never any surveys.

A waste. I get 1 or 2 emails a day telling me I have surveys; but when I look, the app tells me there are none. Dont waste the space or time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Despite their supposed PR rep conveying things work NOW- they dont. Just wasted time for nothing.

Never has actual surveys for points. Just mini polls. Hopefully they update this soon.

No surveys appear even when logged into computer and it says there are surveys available on my phone.

I made an account online and it said "no surveys compatible with your device" and only let me do the mini ones. So I download the app nothing shows up. Zero surveys, nothing. I just wanted to make a couple bucks

I love taking surveys, but I hate that I cant open them through the app. Makes it a true hassle

I downloaded the app and I entered my email and password and when it asks me what country Im from, I enter United States and the screen just freezes on my checked choice so I cant even log in. Please fix!!!!

Hard to rate the app as it appears there arent really any mobile surveys available. The complaints about a blank screen is probably due to the fact there are no surveys, not that the app is faulty. I could be wrong... Update: Yeah, had this app for 6 months and have had two mobile surveys available and one wouldnt even open. Pretty much worthless at this point.

It doesnt matter how updated a version is, if there are still no surveys offered the app is useless. On the website I have 10 surveys available via desktop or laptop but, just like the old version of this, there are no mobile surveys. The frustration of this really turns me off to the site altogether and I quit answering their stuff entirely. Just downloaded this again at their email urging and found the same issue - nothing to answer here but a stack up back at the website.

Very disappointed. And didnt even get credit 4 downloading and running this stupid app on my inboxdollars account

The app looks nice but had a major glitch. I get emails all the time telling me I have new surveys but when I open the open nothing is there. I go to the actual website and I have surveys waiting. My Survey is great but dont waste your time with the app.
